PERI-FRAME FILTERS,
STEEL WASHABLE
AND NFG DISPOSABLE PANELS

PERI-FRAME FILTERS are available in a variety of styles to suit wall or ceiling mounted fan coil/induction units.

PERI-FRAME FILTERS have a low resistance to air flow and serve to 'arrest' large particulate matter from re-circulated air systems and prolong equipment life.

Available in a wide range of sizes in depths ranging from 6m to 12mm.

TYPE 'SD' 6mm deep disposable filters consisting of NF155 synthetic media affixed to a steel frame. TYPE 'SS' 6 or 9mm deep replaceable comprising of a stitched 'sleeve' of NFl55 synthetic fibre with an internal steel support frame. TYPE 'RS' would signify a replacement sleeve only. TYPE 'SM' 6 or 12mm deep cleanable consisting of a fine steel mesh within an angled support frame.

STEEL WASHABLE/CLEANABLE filter panels are available in a variety of face sizes in depths of 22 or 45mm. Construction can vary from lightweight aluminium construction to standard duty galvanised steel or stainless steel. Applications include high humidity or high temperature environments. Particularly suitable for extremely high Ioadings of large particulate matter. (Performance detail - see below).

NFG DISPOSABLE PANEL FILTERS
Manufactured from continuously spun glass fibre material which is graduated in density to enhance the dust collection throughout its depth. The element is housed in a robust card frame with the material adhered to both the front and back diamond grid construction to prevent media 'sag' or collapse.

NFG PANELS are selected to provide protection against large particulate matter (5 micron and above), for general air conditioning or ventilation systems and alternatively as a pre-filter to offer protection for general plant equipment and extend the life of higher grade secondary filters.

NFG PANELS are available in a wide range of sizes in depths of 12mm to 100mm (1/2" to 4").
