NFC SYNTHETIC FIBRE FILTER MATS are thermally bonded, thus providing significant advantages over other process types such as resin bonded media. The filters are bonded throughout their entire depth, producing excellent dimensional stability as well as an excellent resilience.
Consistent regularity of media structure ensures uniform efficiency over the total surface.
Fibres are graduated in density to enable the media to capture a significant amount of dust particles, and assist in providing a low pressure drop.

NFC SYNTHETIC FIBRE FILTER MATS are equipped with a special 'PVC free' tackifier preventing dust particles penetrating due to vibration on ventilation system start up.
