The NFC Rigid Pack Filter Cartridge is available in four filter grades, three stanard face sizs and suitable for installation horizontally or vertically mounted.

High Efficiency glass paper is close pleated and separated by 'hot-melt' beads to provide extended area pleat packs. The pleat packs are then sealed within heat resistant plastic case with an integral header frame.

The unit is suitable for operation up to 70oC, front or side access installation an is totally disposable.

Being of a totally rigid construction, the cartridge cannot 'sag' or deflate under reduced air flow conditions or collapse (as with pocket filters) when the air supply system is switched off. Particulate contaminants are therefore more easily retain eliminationg the risk of 'sieving' through constant fan shut-down/start-up.

A greater filter surface area provides extended filter life and energy savings through a lower operating pressure loss.

The NFC Rigid-Pack Filter Cartridge is selected for all medium to high efficiency applications where greater performance consistency is required.
