Manufactured
from high grade galvanised steel, the outer framework is supported
with a heavy duty back-mesh steel grid. NF pad frames are for use
with a variety of disposable pads ranging from glass fibre to inherently
fire resistant synthetic fibre. NF pad frames and pads are selected
for a variety of air conditioning applications.
| NF600
(45mm) and NF290 (20mm) are specially
developed synthetic fibres built up with a gradual density
structure. This structure assists in achieving high
dust holding capacities. The fibres are thermally bonded,
providing added strength. Both grades are colour coded
- blue for air inlet face and white for air leaving
face. Both NF600 and NF290 are available in standard
sizes or in roll form, in lengths of 10 and 20 metres. |

Acting
as a pre-filter in tandem with a secondary filter, the pad can be
changed without removal of the frame. The pad frame need only be
removed when changing the secondary filter.
