NFP PLEATED PANEL FILTERS
NFP PANELS are manufactured from a non-woven cotton/synthetic fibre supported by an expanded metal grid, with 96% open area.

Due to velocity and inertial forces, large contaminants in the airstream are unable to change direction as the airflow moves up the sidewall of the pleat and lodge in the bottom of the pleat. Finer microscopic particles are trapped in the side-walls. Particulate build up is achieved as dirty air angles through the pleat, resulting in increased efficiency. The element is housed in a robust card frame, and adhered to both front and back of the diamond grid construction to ensure that the pleats remain uniformly spaced, providing minimum resistance and maximising media utilisation.

NFP PANELS are available in a range of standard sizes in depths of 45mm (2") NFP20, and 97mm (4") NFP40, non-standard sizes are available.
Due to their capability of handling higher air volumes at acceptable resistances, the NFP range are often selected for use in free standing air conditioning or computer room units.

Alternatively the NFP is selected to act as a pre-filter to secondary high efficiency filters.

The "ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY" PURE PLEAT PANEL FILTER

EEP Pure-Pleat Panel Filters are manufactured from a blend of 100% polyester and bi-component fibres to form a self supporting pleated fibre without the need for a laminated wire back 'grid' support - thus aiding disposal.

Additional protection against the growth of bacteria and fungi is provided by selection of a 'Bactipleat' version.

The filter element is housed in a robust card frame, and adhered to both front and backof a diamond grid card case to ensure that the pleat remains uniformly spaced, providing minimum resistance and maximising media utilisation.

EPP PURE-PLEAT PANELS are available as Standard Capacity and High Capacity- Extended Life.

BACTIPLEAT PANELS Both 'Standard' & 'High' Capacity are available as Bactiguard Bactipleat Panels (BPP) to provide added protection against growth and ingress of a wide range of bacteria and micro-organisms.

All are available in a range of standard sizes in depths of 22mm (1"), 45mm (2") and 97mm (4"). Non-standard sizes are available. Panels may also be supplied with steel cases.

Due to their capability of handling higher air volumes at acceptable resistances, the EPP and BPP High Capacity range is often selected for use in free standing air conditioning or computer room units. Alternatively the complete range of Pure-Pleat Panels may be selected to act as a pre filter to secondary high efficiency filters.
