STANDARD TO MEDIUM GRADE SYNTHETIC BAG FILTERS. G4 - F5

NF30 (Grade 'G4') and NF50 (Grade 'F5') BAG FILTERS are manufactured from thermally bonded synthetic fibres.

CONSISTENT regularity of media structure ensures uniform efficiency over the total surface.

Fibres are GRADUATED in density to enable total media utilisation throughout depth, thus providing HIGH DUST HOLDING capabilities coupled with low resistance to air flow.

NF30 AND NF5O BAG FILTERS are fully self supporting, and will not sag under reduced or 'nil' airflow. All grades are fitted with SIDE SEAL (as standard) to reduce the risk of air by-pass on side access systems. SHORT pocket length offers the design engineer valuable space saving. . Both filter grades fully conform to BS5588 Part 9 in respect of flammability. The complete filter is assessed for flammability and toxic smoke emission against the stringent LSS test procedure LSS/J/edition III.1990

The NF30 may be installed as a pre-filter to high efficiency secondary filters or selected along with the NF5O for general air conditioning applications where a medium efficiency is complemented by extended filter life.

NF30 and NF5O bag filters are supplied on standard 22mm headers. Header depths of 16mm, 25mm and 30mm are available to suit existing installations.
