ECONOMY RANGE SYNTHETIC BAGS F6 – F8

NFC ‘ECO’ Bag filters are manufactured from 100% Polypropylene fibre. Continuously welded internal spacers allow individual pockets to inflate and provide even air distribution and full material utilisation.

Each pocket is mechanically affixed to a sub-frame to prevent partial or total pocket detachment under turbulent flow conditions. The assembly is housed within a robust rust resistant steel header.

NFC ‘ECO’ Bag Filters are available in three filter grades:

  • F6 (ECO65)
  • F7 (ECO85)
  • F8 (ECO95)

Filter Efficiency below is for filters tested as a ‘complete’ product (not subject to a discharging procedure) and graded in accordance with EN 779 2002.


The stated ‘Filter Efficiency’ is achieved at (or below) the rated air volumes (detailed below) for the given face size, pocket depth, and number of pockets.

ECO Bag Filters are available in standard face sizes in a variety of pocket combinations and depths to suit individual air flow requirements. 20, 25 or 30 mm bag header depths are available as standard for front or side access frame installations. Non-standard face and pocket sizes are available for individual applications.
