Client Support

Establishing a good working relationship with clients is essential to ensuring that the correct products are designed, manufactured and supplied and that this is achieved without compromising on quality or cost effectiveness.

For larger clients, maintenance services can be provided across a multitude of buildings, with bespoke literature detailing Natiowide’s products and services, prepared and distributed, which is particularly useful for onsite staff seeking to review technical data or for centralised purchasing officers, as this literature provides a quick reference guide to products and their applications.

Training seminars are available to any client - large or small.

Energy Saving with Air Filters: Within the next 12 months it is expected that a new standard will come into force to give air filters an 'energy rating'.  As pressure continues to mount on reducing energy consumption as well as being able to properly cost and identify energy use, this seminar explains how this affects air filtration and the methods by which to calculate their energy use.

Care & Maintenance of AHUs:  Serves as a refresher course for experienced engineers, or a useful introduced for those newly qualified, on health and safety issues surrounding filter changes, do's and don'ts when installing filters, and how to ensure that the system will operate smoothly and efficiently and achieve the objective of supplying clean air to occupied areas.

Air Filters - Selection & Evaluation: Where and when to use a pad, panel, bag or cartridge, and the information to request to be able to evaluate which will do the job best.   Test standards are undergoing review with a new version of BS EN779 due next year.  This course brings specifiers and engineers up to date on the latest and proposed changes, and how the air filtration industry is having to adjust.

Indoor Air Quality - EN13779 Explained:  This standard assists building owners in particular on how to rate their buildings according to indoor air quality with guidance on how to assess the quality of air coming into the building and level of contaminant that should be removed.  In a climate where looking for the edge on competitors seeking to sell/lease/rent their office space providing higher levels of indoor air quality could prove a valuable selling point.

In addition to the above, Nationwide can also prepare training seminars on specific areas of interest to the client.
