Nationwide's Bactiguard Bacticell Air Filter Cartridge has won the 2012 H&V News Award for 'AIR CONDITIONING PRODUCT OF THE YEAR' and was a finalist in two other categories: Air Movement Product of the Year, and Energy Efficient Commercial HVAC Product.

Testing & Certification
Being assured that Nationwide can meet all regulatory requirements and operate a strict quality control is the first stage in selecting its air filters for buildings.
NFC is a member of FETA/HEVAC and forms part of the UK Air Filter Group. As a member of the Eurovent Certification Scheme for fine grade air filters product quality from NFC is assured with the requirement for testing to be conducted by authorised independent laboratories on an annual basis. In addition, products are also tested under the more stringent LSS/J/Edition III.1990. test procedure to assess the entire filter for flammability and toxic smoke emission as well as BS5588 Part 9 in respect of flammability. On-site testing programmes are also commissioned from independent research establishments to verify laboratory test results.
Nationwide Filter Company has a Quality Assurance system and is accredited to BS EN 9001:2008. The Quality Air Management (QAM) division also carries Safe Contractor certification.
Clients are therefore assured that all Nationwide Filter Company products are manufactured and supplied under stringent quality controls and after extensive testing.
